Congrats to Renee Meyer Dean this months Iron Chef champion! Renee is a local photographer and one of the owners of Red Oak Manor. The secret ingredient was sausage.....the food was fabulous as always. Lots of creativity and fun recipes to add to that cookbook Red Oak Manor is working on! Mahi mahi with andouille alfredo, traditional Italian lasagne with a sausage twist, soul food soup and so much more!
