Red Oak Manor bed and breakfast and The Acorn Restaurant in Harlem host an every other monthly cooking competition.  If you haven't attended one of the Iron Chef Harlem events, where have you been?!

Local celebrities and restaurant owners battle it out for the best appetizer, soup and entree. Emcee Bobby Christine keeps everyone in stitches with his political hometown humor and guests eat until they can't eat any more!

Congrats to Sally and Mike McCall February 4ths new Iron Chef champs. Sally is the culinary arts teacher at Harlem High and her husband, Mike, works at SRS. February had a couples theme in honor of Valentines Day. All cooking teams and judges were couples! The secret ingredients were chicken and cheese....the food was fabulous as always. Lots of creativity and fun recipes to add to that cookbook Red Oak Manor is working on!
